“It's about time someone created a tool to help new parents remember the basic details of baby care. Now someone has.

ITZBEEN™ Baby Care Timer was developed by a new mom and dad who found themselves sleep-deprived and needing help to remember baby care details, such as when their baby last ate or napped. They tried charts and journals, but thought there had to be a better way. So, they created the ITZBEEN™: a multi-purpose nursery tool that helps new parents remember the basic details of baby care. The ITZBEEN™ has four timers that count up with the touch of a button, and a host of other helpful features, all designed with the needs of a new parent in mind.”

1200250570743-960174705 With my first son, Harrison I made sure to write down EVERYTHING he did- when he ate, how much, got changed, slept, took medicine… new mother’s usually do! I was able to do that because I had the time. With Ruben, he’s lucky to get adequately burped before I have to move on to something else after a feeding. Thank goodness for the Itzbeen Baby Care Timer! No matter how busy I am, I have enough time to push a few buttons! No more pen and paper. I just love this idea. It’s so easy to use, very self explanatory. I also love that they thought to put a Left or Right switch for breastfeeding mothers. It has a clock, which is great, especially for night-time feedings so you can know just how little sleep you’re getting. =) This is a great gift for any mother, and a true must have for babies!

Things that are Brag Worthy:

  • Keeps track of the last time you fed or changed your baby, and the last time he slept
  • Helps nursing mother’s remember which side they fed from last
  • You can set alarms
  • It has a clip on the back to make it portable
  • Has a nightlight
  • Also has a clock
  • Easy to use
  • Saves time
  • Cute design

I like the pink version. I love the nursing reminder that helps you remember which side you nursed from last.

My husband I used the Itzbeen for at least the first two months. It was VERY helpful and I didn't think it was too expensive of an item for the amount that we used it. We got ours at Target for around $25, I think. I hope this helps!
